Our journey began over 30 years ago in the panaderías of Puerto Rico, where we fell in love with baking and the unforgettable flavors of our island. This project was born of nostalgia—a longing for the bread, pastries, warmth, and sense of community we grew up with. Today, we are proud to share that passion with you and bring a truly authentic Puerto Rican bakery experience to our new home.
